Rustam Arabov (MSc student)

I have graduated from Moscow State University in 2023 with Bachelor degree. My scientific research during the Bachelor degree studies was dedicated to the electrochemical synthesis of silver and gold substrates for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. I joined the group of Alexander Shapeev in 2023 to work on my Master degree. At present time the main topic of my research is theoretical calculation of Raman spectra for inorganic crystals. For this purpose I use machine-learning interatomic potentials developed by the Alexander Shapeev group and density functional theory (DFT). My scientific interests also include studies of crystal lattice dynamics, lattice thermal conductivity and electron-phonon interaction.
