Welcome to the website of the Natural Language Processing (NLP) group at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech).

We are a group of people passionate about language technology and natural language processing with diverse backgrounds. Natural language understanding is easy for humans but is challenging for computers. Our research is about designing computer systems that can understand, analyze, generate, and do other kinds of processing of natural language.  For this purpose, we develop novel methods for natural language processing which are based mostly on statistical and neural machine learning techniques (e.g. deep learning).
