Positions

Post-doc and three PhD positions on deep learning, biomolecular modeling, and computational chemistry are available in the Center for Computational and Data-Intensive Science and Engineering at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology .

The projects aim to bridge recent advances in deep learning and molecular modeling in order to develop practical solutions for structural biology problems, such as protein structure modeling, structure-based drug discovery, and molecular design.

We have two open PhD positions:

• “Computational design of proteins with target properties using molecular modeling & deep learning”
• “Small molecule property prediction using molecular modeling & deep learning”
• “Computational prediction of point mutation effects using molecular modeling & deep learning”
